This is an amazing opportunity to develop the next generation of Detectives, and to also invest and develop in yourself!

You will receive excellent support and training for this new role which includes a College of Policing accredited module in assessing, and you will work towards a national level 3 assessing qualification which is recognised across all industries.
Applications are invited from recent or soon-to-be retired accredited detective or PIP2 investigator who is operationally competent with the motivation and commitment to develop the next generation of detectives.
• The A&V team predominantly work Monday-Friday 0800 - 1600, however flexibility is required to work alongside and observe new officers on their shift patterns.
