The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

The Role

To provide administrative support to all Surrey Police Offers & Staff.
And assist/support the Estates Management Senior Management Team, in order to maintain the Surrey Police Estates.

To Manage the internal/external Postal Service for all Surrey Police sites.

Responsible for the financial processing of all Contractors Quotations/invoices.

Key Responsibilities

You will be a point of contact for the Estates Management Team, Surrey Police Officers & Staff in relation to all Estates issues.

You will be responsible for liaising with the Internal Contract Management team & External Contractors, to facilitate the repairs required.

You will need to answer/make departmental phone calls and respond to the Departmental joint emails.

Skills & Experience

You will need to have a good level of IT literacy in a range of software including Word, Outlook & Excel.

You will require the ability to work accurately and methodically with a minimal supervision in addition to adopting a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

You will need good interpersonal and written skills.

Experience in working effectively within a Team environment would be preferable.
