As a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment marketing thought leadership and innovation to our clients and ensuring that we deliver successful strategies and campaigns. You will have a passion for developing solutions and exploring new and emerging platforms to help our US-based clients meet their Employer Brand and Candidate Attraction goals.

The Role

This role is part of a growing and high-achieving team brings modern marketing to our blue-chip clients to build recruitment and attraction strategies through both online (job boards, paid and organic social media, programmatic media, SEO & SEM, email marketing, video and more) and offline tactics (events, partnerships, street marketing, OOH, TV, radio, and more). You’ll be backed up by a larger team of creative experts and brand strategists who are passionate about creating a superior candidate experience and journey for our clients. Our focus is on: 

  • Knowing talent and where and how to reach them. We excel at candidate research and putting ourselves in the shoes of the talent our clients are looking for.
  • Bringing the right mix of digital and traditional media strategies, both organic and paid, and presenting it back in a meaningful way to our clients. We provide expertise in programmatic advertising, CRMs, social media campaigns, and more. 

How you’ll spend your days:

  • Formulating recruitment marketing strategies across a variety of channels to support our clients in meeting their unique recruitment objectives and target audiences.
  • Utilizing market research and insights to develop channel strategies and campaign plans that meet the client's brief and AMS's delivery and commercial objectives.   
  • Delivering excellent stakeholder experiences, consulting on best practices and recommending innovative, measurable solutions. You’ll be recognized by the client as subject matter expert in recruitment marketing and channel planning.
  • Leveraging our clients’ recruitment marketing platforms to execute campaigns and measure performance.
  • Optimizing revenue and cost management by delivering all projects in line with client account financial drivers. This includes negotiating costs with vendors, monitoring time spent against the client quote, monitoring utilization, and ensuring accurate billing, forecasting and budgeting).
  • Measuring and optimizing the performance of campaigns to maximize ROI. You’ll focus on predictive delivery to show expected results, and then show and analyze performance against these benchmarks.
  • Negotiating supplier contracts that achieve the best commercial and service outcomes for AMS and our clients and perform ongoing management of vendors.
  • Applying commercial considerations to the channel planning strategy for clients
  • Ensuring solutions are delivered within client SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Capturing and monitoring all billing information, including accurate and timely invoicing of the media planning team's work

Key Accountabilities

Qualities that will make you stand out:

  • You'll come from a media background with an in-depth understanding of the US recruitment marketing landscape, including programmatic advertising, job board media, paid and organic social media, SEO and more.
  • Subject matter expertise, including the latest market trends, innovations and approaches to recruitment marketing and channel planning.
  • Demonstrable ability to use market intelligence and analyze market trends to provide insights both internally and to clients.
  • Consultative approach – you’re able to accurately diagnose client challenges and develop comprehensive, commercially viable solutions with clearly defined ROI for client and AMS.
  • The ability to closely collaborate with other Brand & Attraction SMEs to create blended attraction solutions that ‘work’ with the creative executions and are ‘fit for purpose’
  • Experience in developing and managing cost estimates against agreed budgets and margins.
  • Highly persuasive and credible communicator – able to build trust quickly and effectively.
  • Experience within an agency or in-house environment.
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the constantly changing media landscape, and the consumption habits and expectations of passive and active candidate audiences

Qualities that we require

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment channels/media, and the ability to create strategies using the most up-to-date thinking, approaches and methodologies in the market.
