The Role

 

Join us as a Content Specialist, Employer Brand & Attraction on a close, collaborative team. Together with the wider team you will be contributing fun, engaging and compelling content aligned to the strategy and execution of our clients’ end-to-end employer brand, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

In this role you will:

  • Ideate, develop and write content for our clients to support their Employer Brand. This includes social media copy (across all social platforms), careers web site copy, talent community newsletter copy, blogs, job descriptions and more. You will make recommendations for content across these channels and adopt each client’s unique tone of voice.
  • Develop content for a wide variety of projects which may include EVP activation, employer brand campaigns, targeted creative campaigns, social media campaigns, and digital engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with our team of Employer Brand strategies to develop content strategies for our clients across their channels that resonates their unique target audiences.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative team, partnering with them to create content that best suits and complements a wide variety of creative assets – this could be taglines, social post copy, video descriptions and more.  
  • Form excellent partnerships with clients and proactively seek to understand their unique tone of voice, style and content personality.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of employer branding best practices, case studies and the latest innovations in the industry. Consult clients and internal teams to further our position as a lead employer brand consultancy.
  • Responsible for completing all writing and content assignments in a timely fashion, including time for client feedback and editing.

Skills & Experience

Essential Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of employer branding, candidate experience and marketing channels. Knowledge and understanding of the latest thinking and approaches regarding content strategies and methodologies, developing these in line with the market and latest innovations.
  • Very strong attention to detail with strong desire for accuracy and quality.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness - You will need to generate content ideas for a wide variety of clients, ensuring each brand feels unique.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex information/data from a range of sources, distill key conclusions and provide appropriate and impactful content solutions
  • Familiarity with content management systems a plus.
