What you’ll do:
As Recruitment Sourcing Team Leader, you will help to ensure the performance and delivery of the sourcing team is optimized and achieves against agreed sourcing performance metrics.
You will be hands-on, managing your own sourcing activities as well as being a trusted role model, leading a of a team of Sourcers.
As the Team Leader you will act as the point of escalation and resolution for any challenges in the delivery of the sourcing strategy.
What we need from you:
- Experience of inspiring and motivating a team - developing people, and addressing performance issues in sourcing
- Deep subject matter and sourcing expertise in at least one client sector
- Ability to influence both directly and indirectly within complex client environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and empower direct reports and key stakeholders
- Experience of leading recruiting discussions with client stakeholders including briefing calls, shortlist reviews, sourcing strategy overviews and updates.
- Experience of sourcing for complex or niche skillsets.
