The role:
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Community Manager to ensure that we have a robust, forward thinking and innovative talent pooling and engagement strategy to support hiring across the region.
The Talent Community Manager will work closely with the established account teams to drive best practice, develop robust reporting updates, align talent pool strategy with client hiring demands and design utilization efficiencies. You will be responsible for enhancing the existing talent pool delivery and use a data-led approach to develop a future talent strategy in the region. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Attraction and Engagement teams to deliver communications content that will be used to engage with the talent community throughout the year. This role will offer growth and professional challenge to someone who is truly passionate about talent pooling strategy and candidate engagement.
Key Accountabilities;
- Be the Avature and talent pool “go-to” SME for the Experienced Hire team, answering talent pool related queries and ensuring talent pooling strategy is embedded across the account
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with AMS account and client hiring teams to understand objectives and forecast demand in order to design, drive and deliver aligned talent pool solutions in the region
- Support the AMS account teams in driving talent pool growth, engagement and utilization efficiencies
- Provide monthly reporting and insight around defined target growth for in-demand areas, diverse talent, general talent pool health, engagement metrics and talent pool hires, ensuring the play back of successes
- Support Attraction and Engagement teams in delivering monthly communications and collating content to share out with specific talent pools
- Provide continued training, development and coaching of Sourcers on Avature best practice and talent pool strategy to ensure it is utilized as a core channel to market
- Explore opportunities to enhance talent pool growth, engagement and utilization to improve candidate experience and brand perception in the external market
- Work closely with global Avature working group to align best practice and implement global goals in region
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge or subject matter expert (SME) of CRM platforms, ideally Avature
- Experienced in stakeholder management; consulting and influencing stakeholders, with a passion for having conversations about candidate engagement strategies and talent pools
- Comfortable presenting trainings, solutions and data-based research with small to medium sized groups
- Ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategy
- Excellent attention to detail and experience working with MS Suite products (mostly delivering on PowerPoint and Excel)
Self-motivated with proven experience of developing and leading sourcing related projects
