As a global leader in recruitment solutions driving some of the most innovative and exciting things in the talent management space, we are now offering a very innovative and compelling Recruitment Marketing role where you will own and drive the strategic agenda for Attraction, Engagement and Sourcing.
We are open to look at talented marketers outside of Hong Kong, with the right skills. But working knowledge of Recruitment activity in Asia is a must.
The Role
The Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing Manager, will identify the hiring needs and help deliver strong sourcing results, higher levels of candidate engagement and ultimately, ensuring the right talents are being identified, whilst delivering an all-rounded excellent stakeholder experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Consult with business and resourcing stakeholders to understand the near and future business requirements.
- Working closely with onsite Recruiters, Media Specialists and the broader AMS Marketing Team (across multiple locations), to drive ROI and media/channel effectiveness
- Manage the requirements and dependencies regarding information needed to formulate appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies
- Oversee and with the assistance of the programmatic partner help to develop the overall media and attraction strategy, bringing innovation and creative thinking (whilst being commercially astute) to test new ideas and solutions
- Build strategic plans to show how we will find the right talent and engage with that talent so it is available at the right time (covering both immediate needs and future needs)
- Present and gain approval on the proposed strategies for annual, quarterly and specific hiring objectives
- Act as liaison between the recruitment teams and consulting partners within AMS business ensuring a ‘consulting-led’ approach to solutions – access to in-house employer branding, creative, digital and social experts
- Monitor sourcing activities, funnel metrics and overall recruitment operations to escalate any attraction issues ahead of time and build and refine attraction and engagement strategy appropriately
- Report and present back to key stakeholders outcomes and ROI on performance, including: Strategies deployed and key activities; and agree specific measures expected to be impacted by a pre-assessed workforce such as TTH, cost per hire, Social Media Engagement, and Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
You are expected to hold and work to maintain a sound level of Recruitment knowledge and operations delivery, as well as client best practise. Also, responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts, driving client satisfaction and elevating team engagement, in a vibrant and fast-moving environment.

Skills & Experience
We would like to hear from you, if you have:
- Substantial Talent Attraction experience, either as an in-house Employer Branding and Attraction role, or from a competitor – working in their sourcing and attraction business or potentially a client relationship manager with an understanding of media and attraction market
- RPO exposure or on-site experience is a definite plus
- Hands-on local/APAC knowledge, is a results driven thinker that isn’t driven by traditional attraction channels but leads by new innovative, technology-driven, engagement-led ideas – strategic thought and confidence is key
- Strong understanding of the unique and varied media landscape in Asia - specifically Hong Kong, China and Singapore
- Great client relationship skills and has the confidence to push back when needed, and demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders, and ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends.
- Passionate, people-driven, professional and always striving for astounding stakeholder engagement and relationships
- Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal style
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
