The Role
Location: Gdańsk, Poland
As a Senior Recruiter you will be working directly with our client to understand their recruitment needs, plan and implement the most appropriate hiring strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that best candidates are provided on-time, managing the end to end recruitment process, and providing a great Hiring Manager and Candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities
You will be responsible for:
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through business partnering, resource planning, providing market insight, and advising on recruitment best practice.
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Ensuring candidates and hiring managers have a great experience by providing frequent updates and regular communication.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping systems updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Undertaking market mapping projects.
Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Hungarian and ideally Russian both written and spoken.
- Experience in managing European end-to-end recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers.
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
