The Role
As Senior Recruitment Business Partner, you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process diligently, as well as developing and cultivating strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, business heads/leads and human resources partners. You will also be responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted. This is a key role that requires a strategic, engaging, influential and organised recruitment professional in order to deliver best in class RPO service to our partner.
This is a client facing role, where you will be interacting and working closely with stakeholders and candidates. As such, we are seeking experienced, confident and highly credible individuals who are well-versed in end-to-end recruitment, embracing exceptional research, sourcing and strategic talent-pooling skills, and always striving for effective candidate and proactive stakeholder relationships and engagement. You will also be taking accountability, providing expert advice and managing client expectations at every stage. Your strong consulting and relationship skills will ensure you can anticipate and resolve challenges and delight the client.

Key Accountabilities
To be successful you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstratable recruiting and sourcing experience either with in-house Talent or RPO operations, with a detailed understanding of the end-to-end recruitment
- A strategic approach with attracting the best talent, and in developing sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database mining.) in maximizing your reach, and driving our Employer Brand
- Developing end-to-end recruitment strategies and campaigns to meet client requirements, both short and long-term
- Using insights, develop and support the strategy for each role and agree with the hiring manager
- Partnering effectively with the Talent Sourcing and Support teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment service in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
- Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Ensuring that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
- Mentor / guide members of the wider team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles
Skills & Experience
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Notable recruiting and sourcing experience either with In-house Talent Acquisition, RPO or agency.
- Prior on-site experience in the Banking / Financial Services Industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong and confident communicator who will proactively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Seasoned relationship builder and ability to find a solution to a wide range of situations
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and stakeholders through the delivery and knowledge of market insights
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and experience working with remote/regional teams
- Passionate, people-driven, and always striving for effective hiring manager and candidate relationship engagement
- Agility working in a fast-moving and vibrant setting, and in a highly mobilised team
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are highly preferable
