The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter or a Senior Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team in Poland - you can join us in Krakow, Gdansk or work remotely from your home!
Key Accountabilities
When you join our team, you become a full-life cycle recruiter who works directly with hiring managers and supports the recruitment projects from the point of briefing (or even before, by providing a market insight at the point of planning the team) up to the offering stage.
You will work on some projects end to end, and on the others - you will be supported by our sourcing team.
You will have a chance of recruiting the recruiters, sourcers, administrators, IT specialists, HR advisors, marketing specialists and many more professionals from all over Europe and offer them the possibility to join AMS and work directly, as a part of the international recruitment team, with the top brands from variety of sectors (pharma, engineering, banking, IT & Tech and a lot more).
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience in managing e2e recruitment projects (including hiring manager contact and active candidate search)
- Ideally experience in supporting various European markets
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
