The AMS Front Office Resourcing team is looking to hire an experienced Recruiter with a background in Front Office. This person will work as part of the AMS Front Office Resourcing Team; work closely and develop relationships with the Regional Resourcing Partners, Business Leaders and sponsors, HR Partners, and preferred Suppliers. The candidate will have North American coverage and serve both regional/ global stakeholders as well as partner in regional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers across the region to understand hiring needs and support work-force planning with HR colleagues
- Become the Regional Recruitment SME for Capital Markets & Investment Banking practices & solutions across varying sectors
- Build close links with the client and candidates alike up to MD level across North America, delivering the highest levels of advisory services
- Design and deliver innovative resourcing strategies
- Drive value and performance through supporting teams in sourcing, internal mobility and administration
- Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand
- Own and execute vanilla and exotic hiring transactions including varying compensation structures such as deferral schemes and various other incentive methods based upon a candidates current Long Term Incentive Plan and in line with the appropriate regulatory frameworks
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping systems updated
- Apply a commercial mind-set to both ensuring recruitment is delivered in the most efficient and cost effective way as well as deliver results against AMS objectives and SLA’s
Requirements
- Strong understanding of investment banking and financial markets
- Previously experience working in front office
- Basic knowledge of various compensations structures
- Must have on-site or relevant agency recruitment experience and a track record of coming up with solutions for achieving demanding objectives
- Must have a proven talent for communication and relationship building
- It's a position that is suited for an established recruiter who is looking for challenging and interesting work on a client-facing and technically demanding key team with previous relevant experience working in Front Office.
