The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our AMS hiring team supporting our Barclays account
The role will be a 6 months contract based in the UK (Remote). We will also engage with Umbrella or PAYE contractors
Your role will support hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met and value is generated for AMS. You’ll develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, including utilising recruitment technology applications and managing end-to end processes to provide recruitment services for a specific business unit.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
- Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager
- Work effectively with the sourcing and admin team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
- Mentor / guide members of the sourcing and admin team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles
- Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience until start date
- Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
- Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer. Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice period
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of recruiting roles within a highly process driven environment and being able to update systems in real time will be essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing Front Office roles within Investment Banking (IB)
- Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with regularly changing priorities.
- Experience of influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action
- Experience of managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience of using recruitment technology and recruitment databases
