For one newly created opportunity, we are seeking Senior Recruiters to be part of a global solution supporting our Consumer Products client, Kimberly-Clark.  These roles can be based remotely within the U.S. and are an excellent opportunity to be part of a global organization whose products, including Kleenex, Huggies, and Cottonelle are well known brands in over 175 countries.

Your Opportunity

As an AMS Senior Recruiter aligned to this client’s solution, you would provide recruitment support to Kimberly-Clark’s hiring managers.  Your primary responsibility will be to engage and partner with these hiring managers in filling business vacancies against target start dates, while tracking and meeting both KPI’s and quality thresholds. The role of the Senior Recruiter is to provide value by delivering exemplary recruitment services and talent advisement. Your work is underpinned by advanced recruitment technology applications and a sophisticated end-to end processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Engage hiring managers and drive sure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of business (monthly and annual) targets. Key accountability for delivering to target start dates.
  • Lead recruitment discussions with hiring managers; documenting recruitment plans, including role requirements, agreed timeframes, target markets, the responsibilities of all involved, and the interview/selection process.
  • Where possible, include your sourcing team in the discussion, and partner with them to ensure they develop an effective sourcing plan.
  • Truly accountable for building and maintaining strong hiring manager and client stakeholder relationships. This is best done through close alignment and understanding of their business, and delivery of high quality talent you have personally assessed.
  • Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Enable accurate reporting through the consistent use of the ATS. Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates as per client expectations and agreed recruitment strategy.
  • Support hiring manager selection decisions and provide guidance in determining an appropriate offer.
  • Liaise with the candidate from offer through notice period, supporting them through their own personal career change.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring legislation throughout the process, to protect all parties and to ensure we are fair and equitable in all that we do.

What we need from you for this role

  • 5+ years of previous recruitment experience.
    • Recruitment experience within either corporate or manufacturing/consumer products space is a must.
  • Experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships is a must.
  • Experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
  • Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Experience managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Experience using recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
  • Experience advising, influencing, and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action.
  • Experience of working with remote teams is a plus.
  • Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks, etc.)
  • Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching)
