This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our onsite team to transform, manage and oversee the delivery of our service within volume, contingent recruitment. This is a new role within our structure so you’ll have a real opportunity to shape the role. 

The role:

As a Senior Manager you will hold a high profile position with AMS and have overall responsibility for your own business area. You will work on the front line with our clients and drive excellent service delivery through our support teams. Senior Managers are experts in delivery management, resourcing strategies and senior stakeholder management, and are able to get the very best performance out of the teams that support the account.  You will take ownership for the overall operational success of your business area and provide strategic direction for the client.

As a Senior Manager with AMS you will: 

  • Manage the delivery of the service, ensuring client focus, direction and delivery through coaching, resource management and development
  • Work with market leading technology to delivery an efficient and robust recruitment service to the client
  • Work with internal AMS stakeholders on our blueprint volume recruitment solution
  • Have overall responsibility for the delivery of the volume recruitment model
  • Manage the day to day resourcing needs of the assigned business areas by proactively working towards the agreed resource plan, working with the recruitment team to ensure targets are hit by managing their performance closely
  • Work with senior client stakeholders, with the ability to clearly articulate any challenges and persuade stakeholders on the best way to recruit into the volume space and to enhance the perception of AMS within the business
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff by using all sourcing channels effectively
  • Take ownership of team’s targets and SLA’s around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services & customer satisfaction 
  • Work with senior stakeholders to forecast future volume requirements, negotiating with the client on details of recruitment intakes

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Proven track record managing service delivery within volume recruitment
  • Experience of managing high volume campaigns in a high compliance environment
  • Ownership of senior client relationships, evidence of presenting complex information and themes to client and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to own and present meaningful MI to show pipeline activity to the client
  • Ability to interpret MI and identify areas where there may be an issue with fulfilment based on pipeline/candidate funnel
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsive client-facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships
  • Previous experience of working within a corporate and volume recruitment environment
