The Role
In the role of Senior Manager in AMS Advisory’s Strategy Consulting team , you will work closely with all centres of excellence within our Advisory business to deliver innovative solutions for our clients, and bring them to life enhancing their ability to attract, engage and retain top diverse talent for their global organisations. You will be part of a team of SME’s from our multiple consulting centres of excellence including Strategy, Technology, Data & Analytics, Brand & Attraction, Assessment & Selection Diversity & Inclusion to name just a few, and you will lead and manage a wide range of Advisory programs of varied complexity and nature. You will collaborate widely across the AMS business networking and engaging with our Client Operations teams and our specialist functions from the pre sales process through to project completion. Using your TA expertise, and by leveraging our internal expertise, you will provide guidance on the optimal client solutions to reach desired business outcomes. In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to articulate the value of the solution to meet client needs based on your own experiences and those of the team, and partner with multiple providers on the scope of the solution, as well as define advisory services needed to successfully implement or optimize the overall solution.

Responsibilities
- Delivers projects and assignments across the scope of Strategy Consulting responsibilities. Including new consulting diagnostics, implementation of recommendations & service enhancement / extension programs, transformation programs, solution design, and a wide range of external client consulting projects across the Consulting areas of subject matter expertise
- Responsible for driving client relationships through the project lifecycle. Builds strong relationships with clients (internal & external) and develops relationships to the point where they take on the role of trusted advisor
- Demonstrates deep Subject Matter Expertise within Talent Acquisition and a project management framework and demonstrates a willingness and flexibility to undertake projects within a wider sphere of knowledge and execution
- Take responsibility for designing the “solution” of a new business opportunity using the necessary toolkits and engaging with the relevant Professional Services teams to validate the implementation approach and operational structure. All solutions validated and signed off by the Global Head of Strategy Consulting
Skills and Experience
- Experience of having run large scale HR or resourcing transformation / change programs, ideally across multiple geographies
- Understands the full recruitment lifecycle from experience gained working within Recruitment and/or HR function
- Prince 2 Qualified or has attended a recognised Project Management Training Program or commensurate experience
- Experience of process re-engineering and applied methodologies
- Ability to effectively collaborate with, communicate, and influence all levels of our consulting partners and client stakeholders
