The role

This is an exciting time to join Alexander Mann Solutions! You can join our Recruitment Admin team. You can make a difference and add immediate impact as a Recruitment Coordinator that will support one of our existing Tier 1 Investment Banking clients. This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. 

This role will support our client, Morgan Stanley, a global leader in investment banking and financial services.

Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Working closely with Recruiters, Program Managers and Relationship Managers for dedicated business area(s) managing candidate process and communications
  • Developing collaborative relationships with identified business stakeholders
  • Responsible for all activities within their aligned business areas, working with dedicated resources in the offshore centres
  • Will oversee all activities aligned to their business areas by offshore teams
  • Manage high level and detailed Excel spread sheets
  • Provide process improvements when necessary
  • Extreme attention to detail and focus will be required for this role, while dealing with a complex Offer Letter Management process.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Coordination role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
  • Office experience with a busy and challenging administration, support role or customer services environment
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
