The Role

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator fluent in English who will be key in creating an ideal onboarding experience supporting sites in Mexico of our Manufacturing client.

The Recruitment Coordinator serves as a critical control to ensure all new joiners have completed the necessary onboarding governance checks.

This role will be remote (work from home) based in Mexico.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working within a high-volume transactional process environment
  • Working towards tight deadlines
  • Facilitating orientation
  • Processing onboarding documents; including collecting, tracking, and uploading
  • Verification of work authorization documents
  • Ensuring compliance on all critical verification checks
  • Updating relevant Onboarding spread sheets and systems
  • Responding to candidate queries
  • Ad-hoc administrative support; as and when required

Skills & Experience

  • MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
  • Positive “can-do” attitude with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral & written)
  • Computer skills (intermediate to advanced excel, experience with report building and PowerPoint presentations)
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Comfort working with remote teams
