The Role

We are currently hiring a English speaking Recruiter to join our team.

Location: UK, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland.

Through the continued demonstration of our commitment to excellence and global capability the solution has organically grown in scale. Now in a 4th generation contract we provide end to end recruitment support to Medtronic in 10 languages, across 40 countries.

We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate people to join us to continue our trusted partnership with Medtronic across a range of roles (Recruiters, Sourcers and Administrators). We are flexible on location (our team is spread across EMEA region) and offer flexible working. We provide an in-depth induction to Medtronic processes & products as well as support from your Line Manager and buddy. And finally, we would offer you an opportunity to work with a group of fantastic colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment process from vacancy briefing, screening and management of candidate through the process 
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships and be responsible for client satisfaction 
  • Managing both contractors and perm hires
  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Be accountable for delivering to target start dates
  • Provide timely and quality feedback on the long / short lists supplied by the team, ensuring any necessary changes are made before submission to the hiring manager
  • Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communicator in English
  • Recruitment experience ideally within healthcare industry but it's not essential
  • Previous recruiting and sourcing experience 
  • Passionate about candidate and client experience 
  • Used to handling high workloads
  • KPI, SLA & target orientated
