The Role
We are looking for experienced Recruiters to join the Public Sector Resourcing team for a Fixed term assignment
Based remotely from home, this is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual who can support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met.
Key Accountabilities
The role of the Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. Our on-site Recruiters are also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
Key duties include:
- To support Hiring Managers in the recruitment process.
- Managing all aspects of the Hiring Managers responsibilities in Fieldglass and PSR liaison.
- Taking overall accountability of all processes in the recruitment journey.
- Support and guide Hiring Managers.
- Remove all admin burden associated with the recruitment and on-boarding of new starters.
- Train and guide managers on the post hire process and fieldglass responsibilities.
- Full accountability for the management of the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent service through close collaboration with the Sourcing, Recruitment and Administration teams.
- Reviewing and qualifying the candidate flow, presenting high quality short-lists to the Hiring Manager
Skills & Experience
- Previous CWS experience is essential (Previous contingent hiring experience)
- Knowledge of IR35 is ideal
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with regularly changing priorities.
- Experience using Fieldglass or similar VMS solution is desired
- Experience of working with remotely dispersed team
- Experience working with high volumes of roles
- Worked with, and presented to and solved issues for clients and candidates (including Resourcing Managers, Hiring Managers)
- Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
- Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
