The Role
As a Recruiter, you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met and value is generated for AMS. The role of the Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. This will involve utilising recruitment technology applications and managing end-to end processes to provide recruitment services for a specific business unit.
Key Accountabilities

- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment strategy, to include role requirements, agreed timeframes, responsibilities and the selection process
- Where required you will partner with colleagues within the sourcing team in the development of the attraction and selection plan
- Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships, ensuring timely delivery of service and client satisfaction within your business area
- Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and the provision of an excellent recruitment experience
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of managing candidates through an end-to-end recruitment process
- Evidence of delivering work to demanding targets and agreed deadlines
- Evidence of working within an agile recruitment team to deliver candidates across a diverse range of job families
- You will have experience of managing stakeholder relationships, with the ability to influence and persuade
- Knowledge of basic project management techniques, including experience of governance, process and reporting documentation
- Experience of screening and interviewing candidates
- Experience of using recruitment technologies and updating recruitment databases
