The role
This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to become a pivotal part of the Performance Centre of Excellence. Supporting the Rolls Royce Partnership, you will assist with enhancing performance through data; identifying areas of improvement, driving operational efficiency, and manage a number of key projects.
A unique opportunity to experience the multiple service lines AMS has to offer on a global scale. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated Account Performance & BI team supporting the global account spanning RPO, ET and CWS.
What you will do
- Overall support in driving performance excellence across the entire account e.g. focus on aged requisitions; offer decline analysis; root cause analysis to identify the correct solution
- Provide assistance with monitoring and analysing productivity and utilisation
- Producing and analysing the key client monthly data & supporting the team to ensure the data supports the narrative
- Creating & rolling out robust recruiter forecasting tools
- Close collaboration with BI to validate data, spot anomalies and raise with the client
- Accountability for preparing and reviewing monthly OMT/productivity reports.
