The role of the Performance Analyst is an exciting opportunity within our business that will give you the broad view of our solutions across an international landscape and will allow you to use your analytical abilities in a consultative manner with our operational teams.

In this role your activities will vary according to client accounts being supported but predominantly include monitoring performance against key metrics, reporting, analysis, forecasting, invoicing, compliance and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support with monitoring and reviewing the account results against the agreed SLAs.
  • In collaboration with BI, support continuous improvement in developing insight led tools to enhance performance and remove inefficiencies.
  • Provide assistance with monitoring and analysing productivity and utilisation.
  • Accountability for reviewing and preparing monthly invoicing and accruals.
  • Assist with driving the perception of the performance team within the wider Account including the delivery teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced analytical and logical reasoning skills; able to discern patterns within information and make logical inferences
  • Skilled at storytelling with data - presenting data-driven insights in a succinct and compelling manner
  • Experience analysing data with the use of metrics, benchmarks, ratios and forecasting techniques
  • Able to influence internal stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong communication skills: Careful listener and able to convey complex topics clearly and concisely
  • Resourceful and goal oriented. Able to deliver excellent results against rigid deadlines
  • Strong team working skills: eager to collaborate, focused on the collective success, supportive and respectful of others
  • Agile, resilient and positive in response to change or uncertainty.

Desirable:

  • Experience with RPO operations and/or recruitment delivery in general
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. User knowledge of Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
  • Experience in financial reporting with demonstrable understanding of terminology.
  • Experience in performance analysis or business intelligence, particularly in productivity and ROI
  • Experience in using predictive analytics to drive productivity
