Talent Attraction Specialist - Novo Nordisk via AMS

AMS is embarking on an exciting partnership with Novo Nordisk, where we will deliver expert support to their global talent acquisition team across both talent sourcing and recruitment administration. 

The Role and Team

As our new Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be joining a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team with a very diverse range of backgrounds and located in a few different places - Poland, UK and Denmark. You and your colleagues primarily work linked to designated business area, but together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark in around 4,000 recruitments annually. At Novo Nordisk Denmark, there are 5 different sites counting production facilities, research and development centres and offices.
In this role, you will support the process of hiring talent for Denmark based roles by sourcing the best candidates from multiple channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications and screening applications to provide quality long-lists.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partnering with Novo Nordisk Recruiters to deliver recruitment service to business functions like CMC development, Clinical Trial Management & Production.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and create the most effective sourcing strategy for each role
  • Working on pipelines building, securing silver medallists for future openings
  • Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilise networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates
  • Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
  • Engage, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create strong long-lists
  • Maintain agreed service levels and targets

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the candidate experience, with strong client management skills and ability to build trusted relationship. You are experienced in using search tools to source candidates and engage with talents.

Moreover we would expect from you to have:

  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proven success in utilising social networking sites to successfully source candidates
  • Solid working experience from recruitment agency, RPO solution or in-house recruitment
