As a Lead Specialist in Recruitment Administration, you will be a part of collaborative recruitment team and have a chance to build your expertise working on various projects and systems and become a trusted advisor for your colleagues and customers.

The Role

We are now expanding our Morgan Stanley admin team in Krakow with a new Lead Recruitment Administration Specialist role that will help us maintain and enhance our Interview Scheduling service offered to the Client.

Morgan Stanley is an American multinational Investment Bank and Financial Services company with offices in more than 40 countries and more than 60,000 employees.

Their clients include corporations, governments, institutions and individuals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • you will be responsible for complex interview scheduling day to day
  • advising and supporting candidates and hiring managers on a daily basis
  • working closely with recruiters 
  • administering the system to maintain the consistency of the Data

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • previous / current experience as an administrator
  • ability to learn and act quickly
  • willingness to gain a new perspective in your day-to-day job
  • very good communication skills with excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • strong customer focus
  • team-working and collaborative skills
  • good attention to detail
  • very good organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills whilst maintaining a pro-active and positive approach
