Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in UK;
- Being a point of contact for new employees and their managers;
- Initiation of background, reference and security checks for new employees;
- Collecting candidates’ documents;
- Creating job contracts;
- Including employees on payroll list;
- Ensuring employees' documents are tracked in the sysstem and personal files.
Requirements
- HR administrative experience;
- Fluency in English;
- Good Excel skills;
- Professional communication style;
- Analytical mind and practical approach to problem solving;
- Detail oriented;
- Experience in working with HR operations systems.
