Responsibilities

  • Leading onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in UK;
  • Being a point of contact for new employees and their managers;
  • Initiation of background, reference  and security checks for new employees;
  • Collecting candidates’ documents;
  • Creating job contracts;
  • Including employees on payroll list;
  • Ensuring employees' documents are tracked in the sysstem and personal files.

 

Requirements

  • HR  administrative experience;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good Excel skills;
  • Professional communication style;
  • Analytical mind and practical approach to problem solving;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Experience in working with HR operations systems.
