Role overview:
Public Sector Resourcing is proud to deliver SOW Management services to the UK Central Government.
This solution will bring visibility and control to the request and lifecycle management processes for new Statement of Work requirements.
Working in partnership with the SOW Consultants and stakeholders , the SOW Administrator is accountable for managing a portfolio of SOW requests ensuring the client receives an excellent service.
This role, reporting to the SOW Administration Team Lead will facilitate the administration of the SOW process from ensuring the approvals are in place to closing the SOW and associated workers down in the system.
The SOW Administrator will collaborate with SOW Consultants and Vendor Managers to ensure that the administration processes are delivered accurately and in line with agreed timelines. Utilising the custom designed workflow in SAP Fieldglass the SOW Administrator will take ownership for all new requests.
The SOW Administrator will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of the End to End Administration of an SOW request
- Facilitating the management of stakeholder and vendor queries throughout the process
- Monitoring of the SOW mailbox and phoneline, responding to queries in a timely manner
- Managing own workload allocation, collaborating with the SOW Consultant to deliver the SOW request process, RFP process and onboarding of the SOW resources
- Ensuring the data captured in Fieldglass is accurate and up to date at all times
- Management of the PO process, ensuring that the PO number is captured against the SOW in Fieldglass
- Validating the vendor screening has been undertaken ahead of SOW resources commencing activities
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding of SOW workers in the Fieldglass VMS
- Managing the change management process ensuring SOW amends/edits are captured correctly and any relevant business approvals are captured in Fieldglass
- Managing the vendor termination process in Fieldglass ensuring the vendor and associated resources are offboarded in a timely manner
- Identifying areas for Continuous Improvement and highlighting these to the SOW Administration Team Lead
- Work in partnership with the SOW Consultants and the Vendor Managers to deliver a seamless service to the stakeholders
- Highlighting to the SOW Administration Team Lead any delays in the process as a result of client i.e. Delayed approval
The SOW Administrator must have the following experience:
- Experience working in an Administrative role
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Strong skills with MS packages - Excel, Word, and enjoys learning new systems (PO and Fieldglass in this case)
