The Role
Key Accountabilities
- Responsibility for campus recruitment openings
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job opening
- Interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements and developing innovative volume recruitment techniques
- Screening candidates to determine their suitability for the role
- Managing Clients’ expectations via direct contact with Hiring Managers
- Organizing assessment centers
- Ensuring constant flow of most relevant candidates for each opening
- Undertaking market research and mapping projects
Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English and German both written and spoken is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience on similar position or in volume recruitment is an asset
